I disagree with the spouter who is criticizing the new planned boardwalk connector. The possibilities for Pacific Ave are virtually endless. With the new connector we could offer casinos, or maybe a large parking garage to help with the shortage of parking. A pedestrian mall would be a great idea or maybe even some new 50s era clubs where we could feature that very popular Doo Wop theme with music from Chubby Checker, the Masonry Men and the Big Booper. Some rocket themed signage and horsehead post! The possibilities are endless!
