Cape May County Council what are you going to do about the homeless in this County. It's out of CONTROL. Does anyone feel safe shopping in the shopping center where Marshals etc. is located. On a everyday basis people are begging for money. As a elderly we feel very uncomfortable being approached by them. So Council you need to do something to help these people and to keep us elderly safe. We don't want to be harassed for money all the time. This is your challenge to assist us. Council you are all wealthy so do something NOW.
