A Pesylvania lawmaker is working on legislation to crack down on electric scooters. New Jersey needs to do the same, but take it a step further and include electric bikes. If your old enough to remember the moped craze, then you know that the state stepped in and made people register and insure them and operators are required to have a valid driver's license. It's time for our state representatives to start the ball rolling on these law breakers.
