Rio Grande ,as my friend frequents a grocery store, there is a young person begging for money everyday. My friend was startled and almost fell when he approached her from behind. So Rio Grande P.D. and Store Management please put signs up no Solicitation in the parking lot and the store. Something has to be done or maybe assist the elderly to there cars. It's scary for many but yet not this Granny as they should worry about this Feisty Granny who knows KARATE.
