Middle Township can't claim to be serious about reducing property taxes or preventing property tax increases until they put an immediate to stop to all new residential development. That is the real reason why our taxes are going up relentlessly. The township restricts how much trash we can put out and what type of trash we can put out but yet still encourages even more development, which is the root cause of tax increases. Middle Township just needs to put an immediate stop to any new residential development at all. More houses means higher taxes. It is that simple.
