I can’t help but notice that supermarket and restaurant prices are climbing exponentially. Three extremely recent examples: (a) farm stand: 3 large tomatoes, 5 bananas = $16.20. (B) CM Beach Ave restaurant bar food: 4 run of the mill drinks, 2 apps, 2 burgers = $130.00 (before tip) (c) WCM farm stand: 1 apple pie, 1 baguette bread, 2 peaches = $34.00 How does the saying go? Promises made, promises kept. I beg to differ. Objectively, what do you think?
