You want a gut check S/H well here it is! When the housing real estate when up 800 % in Stone Harbor, it was only a matter of time they would readjust the property taxes via reassessment! One home owner, complained their 2.8 million property got reassessed at 5.1 million and know they have to pay that property value taxes. Really? Any other person looks at that and says darn they hit the lottery. But, no they wanted people to feel sorry for them. NOT!
