I thought Penndot was bad,, NJDot. Really topped them with the design of New Jersey Av. leaving North Wildwood. Traffic is backed up to 5th Av. every weekday, forgot about weekends. Such smart people, they know best. The turning lane arrows, yellow/ white lines look like GRAFFITI!!
