It’s evident the rental market is taking a hit this summer. Is it our Canadian friends taking a break? Is it the overpriced rental fees? Is it the uncertainty of the world we live in? Whatever it is, road parking spots exist on weekends (mid-July), road traffic is reduced, and no one is sitting on my lap on the beach. If I am “off my beach chair”, let me me because I am enjoying my summer!
