Can someone please tell people on bikes they do NOT have right of way when they are in a crosswalk, cars do not have to stop. If you are off the bike and walking in crosswalk, then cars must stop. It’s the law in New Jersey. When you are riding a bike, it’s a moving vehicle. Don’t just assume you know the law, actually look it up and know it.
