I realize we cannot hold back progress and the revitalization of an area is important however the renovation and new building of homes is unbelievable. Aren’t there any ordinances to the amount of land that is covered by large homes? I see in-ground pools being installed less than 4 feet from property lines. How can this be allowed and okay? I feel sorry for the homeowners that have these monstrosities built within 5 feet of their property and home.
