Contractors did a great job sprucing up Route 47 last year. New Curb Cuts, Storm Drain Inlets, Resurfacing, and etc. But what is with the Trip Hazard tat they left on the South West Corner of Fulling Mill and Route 47? There is a concrete pad about a foot square that looks like it was meant for something to be mounted on it. Nothing more than a trip hazard.
