Many of the benches were put on the promenade under the cloak of daarkness. Many were approved. A plan is needed to remedy the "issue" of benches. You cant randomly remove memorials that were allowed for years. Do better people complaining. Come up with a reasonaable plan. Signed, The Undertaker.
