Three times per week the stench from restaurant containers that drop their overflow putrid sludge onto the street when getting picked up is overwhelming. Either force them to get updated trash bins that don't leak or have a flush hose on the trash truck. Or both. Great all day smell when the heat index is 100! Bet your car and bike tires smell great too. How about the porch on your condo? Lol!
