I walked by the playground on Central and witnessed a young lady fall off of her bike. She was next to the basketball courts where a father and son were playing. They never asked her if she was ok. A man on an electric scooter never asked if she was ok. I finally caught up to her and I checked on her. She was indeed ok. How sad that no one close to her checked on her. What a sad time we are living through.
