As the town continues to ignore actual physical safety issues in favor of parking fines, i have some advise for the parents of the kids who ride at night, with no lights, on the wrong side of the road, driving thru red lights and stop signs, with no helmets, while talking on cell phones, breaking every rule that a car driver must follow. Teach your children well. Well enough to stay alive and be responsible and fair to others.
