Now, Testa is playing footsie with the Democrats and is taking a victory lap after breathing new life into the offshore wind industry. Testa spends his days eating pizza, ice cream and taking selfies while selling out each and everyone of the residents of New Jersey. It’s so blatant, even the Cape GOP boss came out about it.
