Parking in the Wildwoods is difficult as soon as the weather breaks all the way until Irish Fest. Why do the island zoning boards not require a certain number of off-street parking per number of bedrooms or square footage on all the new construction projects? I have a house going in beside me that is 4000sq feet and 7-8 bedrooms and only appears to have 2-car off street parking. Anyone who lives on the island knows that is not adequate for a home that large.
