Riding my bicycle (not an e-bike) along Beach Drive this morning, I couldn't help noticing the chairs and even one individual putting trash cans in front of their homes to keep folks from parking there. Yes, there is the fireworks display along the bay this evening, but for a few minutes I felt like I was in South Philly prior to the Mummers Day Parade with neighbors blocking the front of their homes!
