Remember when, the sewer was provided for free as they had no way to meter it to keep it fair. Then someone hatched a scheme to charge a percentage of the water bill. Now, sewer is three times the cost of water. Our taxes never went down. I am concerned about the city employees on the beach that set up for the CC Weekend, on city payroll, who are already getting paid with the city also getting paid for their services in prep and break down after the concert is over. If this is double dipping, are the taxes going down? We need to examine this under the microscope. To be fair!
