Just wondering if the Spouter that complained about the CMBP lifeguards closing the beaches due to the recent thunderstorms, stayed indoors with his/her windows closed last evening when the thunderstorms rolled through Cape May. Some folks amaze me these days. He/she probably wants a refund for the beach tags too!
