In response to the new Del Haven homeowner who wondered why code enforcement did not cite a neighbor who did not collect his refuse container and keep his grass mowed. Would it not have been more friendly to place the container on the property and check to make sure the owner was okay? Most of us who have been here for decades would have known the owner and acted accordingly. Please take the time to introduce yourself.
