My grandson just graduated high school and got his first full time year round job. He will make $16.00 per hour which is roughly $33,000 per year. Take out taxes and he's down to about $27,000 per year or $2300 per month. He does he not qualify for food assistance (SNAP). He has an insurance plan with extremely high deductible. He's sharing a 1 bdr. He wants to save money to go to college. Wouldn't it be great if Trump's plan gave a leg-up to these kids instead of big tax breaks for those who make over a million dollars per year? The reality is that he is screwed before even getting started.
