Why do the Commissioners of CM, continue to hire retired police, political party members,elected party members,etc? And to boot those mention above do not have the knowledge of said, department as, Director. Also ,how these individuals create positions in said,department but,make it as,such that the blue collar workers in that department are not qualified for the promotion. That is calling the kettle black as, the Director does not the experience in his position. Vote for the write in for Commissioner in November.
