Let's look at something, hopefully the Chief of a Police dept. will read this. In 1976 I was stopped and DETAINED till my Mother came, for riding my 3hp mini bike on the (side), dirt area of the road without a helmet, my mini bike was confiscated, NEVER to be returned, I was fined and I lost a year to get my driving privilege. This cost my parents about $500.00 back then and some thought it was funny and mocked me riding a bike. Ironically, I could walk down the street with a shotgun to go hunting and not 1 person batted an eye. Think Liberal Laws have went completely screwy?
