Build homes that the locals cannot afford, and they will move away. The same thing happened in the Philly sections of Kensington, Port Richmond and spread to our NJ barrier islands and now is spreading to the bay side of the state. My advice to you, sell now. You will get good money for your house and then move about an hour north of here where you can continue to enjoy your way of life. Change is here and here to stay.
