No, you cannot sue the LTPD, but you can take your issue to a Council Meeting. They do pay attention to our concerns. Also, if you haven't noticed, recently the LTPD has been on top of their game stopping many drivers that have been breaking traffic laws and quite frankly, it is refreshing to see these violators getting pulled over and ticketed.
