Has the public been provided a reason for the CMCPO take over of West Wildwood PD? I’m not arguing on behalf of the department, as I think consolidation could be beneficial to the taxpayers, but would like to hear an explanation. My understanding is that the AG’s office has a role in these takeovers as well, but usually there are documented issues. Providing guidance is one thing, but taking over the day to day while playing head games with remaining cops is not OK
