To the spouters complaining about the parking, why are you at all surprised? Avalon is a playground for the wealthy. There are also more duplexes on the island each year. Maybe the amount of duplexes should be called into question. Or maybe everyone’s driveways should cover the whole front of the property so there’s no street parking left at all. That would solve the problem.
