Champ here…Wow Elks weekend was insane, it was busier then Memorial Day on the Boards!!!! I like how they staged them at 16th Ave, I was busy. Crazy busy. Initially, Juniper to the Convention Center was the plan. Then, on my scanner the Police said 16th Ave as the beginning? I got hit hard when it rained then the 2 hour pause got really insane… I just want to say Thank you to the Local NWW Police that decided to stage the Parade at 16th Ave to March South.
