I understand NJ is giving back 430 million dollars to help reduce increased electric costs. Why don't they simplify it by keeping the 430 million and reducing the electrical costs 430 million? Answer: Because then they wouldn't need all those state employees to collect the 430 million and then give it back! Only in New Jersey!
