Sea Isle City it's that time of year that so many of you rent out your condos. Tell your renters and fam members to stay on your side. Do not block driveways or park in driveways. Do not use the other side of the Condos outside showers. That's stealing of water. Yup we all pay extra due to your renters using others water. Have seen this to many years. So when your an absentee landlord yup we as homeowners who do not rent might have to consider legal advise. Not going to take it anymore.
