Went to Borough Hall to pay a water bill and noticed the place is under renovation with a sign excusing the appearance. Let me get this straight, there’s no money in the budget and still no contract for the PD/FD, but they decide to renovate the facility that houses 4 employees. Nice job Council and Administration!
