With warm weather more people use helium filled balloons for celebrations. Please be responsible, don't let them get loose, don't tie them to anything outside. On RT 9 in Lower Township a realtor has a sign on a property, balloons attached. Those balloons need to go. Hopefully they don't blow across road and startle a driver. They just should not be displayed outdoors. Have watched local boats retrieve your decorations from the bay and Ocean, shame on offenders.
