Honestly, it’s impressive—not a single soul knows the answers, and somehow that’s consistent across the board. It’s as if every Dept. Head was hired specifically for their ability to look confused and transfer you to someone even more clueless. Honestly, I didn’t realize “perpetual bewilderment” was a full-time job with benefits too! Bravo, Cape May county ,bureaucratic black holes like yours are hard to come by. Mind-blowing!
