Re: The Cape May comment on removing the old train bridge from the canal. Sorry, but I disagree with your comment. I am a boater from Cape May and have been for a very long time and remember when the trains crossed that bridge. Right now, it serves as a "slow down and pay attention" structure for all the weekend warriors that race through the canal. Some weekend afternoon, go to Douglass Park at the Cape May canal to see what I mean. Navigation rules? Most don't have a clue! So, keep that old bridge, it still serves a purpose.
