Well folks this has to be said. A few people are bashing the Commissioners in West Wildwood about the Police Dept.. I know for a fact that they want to keep the department but also want to keep the citizens safe. You cannot snap your fingers and hire P.O. This has been going on for over 40 plus years. With the new State reqiurements it makes is harder for the towns to hire. It takes close to a year. WW was always a stepping stone for P.O. because of the pay and action. How about working with the Commissioners and the County Prosecutor. There is a reason why they are there.
