The Trump administration's contempt of court by purposely disobeying a judge's explicit ruling and sending arrested migrants to South Sudan is certainly disturbing. The Court cannot arrest a sitting president but it is not as powerless as it may seem. The Court should issue arrest warrants for anyone who obeyed the Trump administration's order to ignore the court's ruling. "I was just following orders" was not a valid defense for Nazis and it isn't a valid defense now. Hold the people involved in contempt of court and hold them until the migrants are returned.
