Help me understand no tax on tips or overtime. A bartender I know in cape may makes over 2500 a week at a top resort. He will not be paying into social security. Will he be able to get food stamps and other benefits with such a low pay he will claim?How will this help social security stay solvent? I’m a trump supporter but not on this.
