As per The Herald story on the man that was hurt by a flying umbrella on a beach in Delaware, I agree that something needs to be done about careless and thoughtless individuals that set up umbrellas without properly securing the units to the sand, especially the massive "four poster" tents. Last summer at The Cove beach in Cape May, a "four poster" sailed along the beach before lifeguards secured it. Thank goodness for our guards! As usual, it will take someone getting killed before anything gets done. Three weeks to go before the tourists and "four posters" return. "Yikes".
