I submitted a spout off this morning amazed at all the infrastructure put around Seaport pier....from a circle on the road leading in, to a brand new wooden ramp leading off the beach. I wondered why these things were done before upgrading the old boardwalk......Lo and behold a work truck fell into the boardwalk in NWW! Shocking! Who owns that seaport pier?
