When is the city going to do something about the illegal “dumping” of benches on the board walk. I understand that people want to have a tribute to a family member but when you have 8+ benches together on one block and this is up and down the promenade it’s getting ridiculous. Pretty soon we won’t be able to walk and have bikers on the promenade at the same time. Time to get control of this bench “dumping”
