North Cape May Re boomers. Unfortunately we have been on a path where each succeeding generation is weaker than the one before it. You are absolutely correct that the greatest generation as they were called were tougher than the boomers. Now most of that greatest generation has passed on the boomers have taken their place. Good times produces softer people, that’s just a fact. It takes real hardship to make someone tough. Almost everybody sacrificed in some way during WW2, some with their lives, some with their money or time but the majority suffered. I see hope on the horizon. No more war.
