This is a question for the commissioners in the Crest, what warrants or studies were used to remove the fully functioning traffic signal last year from Heather and Pacific Ave. This intersection is extremely dangerous. They, I would assume, used studies and warrants to remove and install a new traffic signal with pedestrian indicator at Heather and Seaview Ave. a small intersection with fewer cars, turning movements and pedestrians. The funds that were used at Seaview should have could have been used at heather and pacific. I’m not complaining about the improvement but on where they were used.
