Trump's is freaking out about the possibility that Senate Republicans will vote for a bill that would take away Trump's ability to arbitrarily set tariffs. The bill has no chance of becoming law because the House won't even allow a vote. But Trump fears a Senate loss would make republican legislators fear that the midterm elections are going to look like Canada's recent election and start to take back their Constitutional duty to control tariffs. And, if they do, who knows how far they might go? They might even try to make him obey court rulings. Well, I can dream, can't I?
