Breaking news in Wildwood, the Mayor and Commissioners have declared that open space lowers property values. Check it out, it's in the February 19, 2024 Boardwalk Redevelopment Plan. They also claim that most of the Boardwalk area from Cresse Avenue to the Convention Center is underutilized. According to the Mayor and Commissioners, the one jewel in this area is the 10-story Ocean Towers! Mr. Mayor, save the time and expense of a sham plan and be upfront - this plan will give tax breaks to developers to overdevelop the most beautiful section of the Wildwood Boardwalk. We deserve better.
