I can see why those residents who live here all year round like the off season. It’s without a doubt so much easier to get around to park and to enjoy the restaurants and city. I know “time is money “ to those who are self employed or work for someone. However it seems to me those individuals have the mindset that they are, not in all cases, have the right of way in traffic. Driving in the middle of the road, parking any where and any way, randomly blocking off streets and even in intersections! Even commercial drivers , in some cases are reckless. Maybe all of us should be more considerate.
