The last thing Upper needs is condo's, hotels, and stores at the old B.L. England plant site. The property should just be cleaned up and restored to natural habitat for wildlife. Maybe a free boat ramp. It would be another eyesore if hotels and condo's were built on that site. The State should take it over, even by eminent domain if necessary, and make it into a wildlife preserve. We don't need condos or hotels or any waterfront development at the site. Just return it to nature!
