It’s time for the planning and zoning board attorneys to reiterate what their board members can and can’t base their decisions on. The zoning and planning boards have slowly been adding members that have no idea what their job actually is and that by voting only in emotion or what they think will end up with the city having to defend multiple lawsuits for wrong decisions. I challenge City Council to start replacing members who clearly don’t understand thier roles.
