Ugh..so CM is more interested in lights than they are with opening up windows for fresh air and smelling marijuana. I have kids and 2nd hand is not going well. I have to keep my windows shut because of pot smokers. I'm not trying to tell you what to do, but you are violating my space to have fresh air for my family. I do not consent to inhale your marijuana. I hope my wonderful city of Cape May will find out that no one wants to smell, inhale this outside.
